Registration for the 2025-26 school year will open for new families on January 14th.
We have made some changes to our registration process for 2025-26. Please read through the following information prior to registering.
As part of registration, you will be required to upload a completed "Required Registration Paperwork 2025-26" form. This form includes the Parent Contract, Payment Agreement, and Pickup Authorization. You will not be able to submit your registration without uploading this completed form. Please access the "Required Registration Paperwork 2025-26" form using the link below. Feel free to complete the form prior to registration opening. Having these forms completed and ready for upload before you register will simplify your registration process.
You will also need to upload a photo or scan of a voided check for tuition withdrawal. A screen-print of your bank account information is also acceptable if you do not have checks. Hand-written routing and/or account numbers will not be accepted. If you will be paying monthly tuition with cash or check, please fill out the "Cash or Check Payment Agreement 2025-26" and upload in place of the voided check or screen print in registration. You will not be able to submit your registration without uploading these documents.

To complete the forms online:
- Click on the document link (open in a new tab), and then hit “E-Sign” in the upper left hand corner.
- If you don’t already have an Adobe account, you’ll be prompted to create one for free.
- Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be prompted to “create a copy” and then you’ll be able to fill in the fields on the form.
- When the form is complete, click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner, and click “download this file.”
- Save the completed form to your computer. Please double-check that your responses are saved on the form before uploading for registration.
- Upload the completed form into your registration when prompted.
To complete the form by hand:
- Click on the document link (open in a new tab) and print the form.
- Fill the form out by hand. Make sure to complete each section of every document. If handwriting is not legible, your registration will not be confirmed.
- Scan completed paperwork back onto your computer.
- Upload the completed form into your registration when prompted.
Your child’s place in class will not be confirmed until we have received all necessary paperwork. Thank you!

Our registration process is entirely online. Links for registration will be listed here in January. Please pay close attention to the age requirements for our classes. Our age policies coincide with local public school policies. If a child is registered for a class that they are not old enough for, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get them into the appropriate class.

Registration Q&A
Is my $155 registration fee refundable?
No. Once your child is confirmed for a spot, your registration fee becomes non-refundable.
Can I register more than one child at a time?
If you are registering more than one child, you will need to complete a registration for each individual child. You will only need to fill out the form one time. Please be sure that you include the names of every child being registered. You will need to upload the same form for each child’s individual registration. On your payment authorization, please add the tuition for all children and enter the total monthly amount that will be withdrawn from your account.
If my child is currently enrolled, do I still have to upload paperwork for registration?
Yes, we need updated forms and registration information each school year. Thank you for your cooperation!
Are there discounts for multiple children?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide family discounts.
When will tuition payments begin?
Your first tuition payment will be withdrawn from your bank account the first Tuesday in August.
Can I pay tuition with cash or check instead of setting up an automatic withdrawal?
Yes. Please refer to the "Cash and Check Payment Authorization 2025-26" form above for more information. This form is required to be uploaded into your registration if you plan on paying with cash or check.
